Stalba Wins Second Straight, Antonette One-Ups Last Outing During Numidia LODRS Event

Paul Stalba tallied his second straight AA Auto Salvage/Craw’s Racing Jr. Dragster Wally during the NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series event at Numidia Dragway, claiming top honors in the 11-17 age group. Stalba was joined in the winner’s circle by Nicholas Antonette, who outlasted the field in the 6-10 bracket.

6-10 final: After finishing as the runner-up at the previous event at Lebanon Valley, Antonette, near lane, turned on one extra win light this time around, getting the automatic win in the final when Aaron Frankovic red-lighted. Antonette celebrated with a 12.796 (12.47 dial) victory pass.

11-17 final: A .029 to .060 lead at the Tree helped lift Stalba, far lane, to his second straight win. Madeline Torchia ran right on her 7.94 dial, but it wasn’t enough to catch Stalba, who won with a 7.970 (7.96).
